New leadership and managers recently hired brought in their friends who have turned everything upside down. The micromanagement is unbelievable, staff are leaving and will be leaving. It' a shame what they have done to CarePlus. Unrecognizable and shameful. Start with getting rid of the director, assistant director, auditing buisness leadr, and educator whom all are getting paid ridiculous money and all the nurse case managers are the ones doing all the work and being pushed out. Once you eliminate these mentioned Humana and CarePlus will once again flourish. Happy staff, happy members, more the revenu. Lay off a few and offer early retirement to those who qualify, you will see positive outcomes and improvement in staff moral!
To be honest my SVP and under has been pretty good about everything but Jim’s email said absolutely nothing lol
Maybe some have become complacent and it shows in the company’s performance in the last few years.
