Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Lack of Backbone from Mgmt/Team Leads is Ki-ling This Place

Such a messy bank across LOB’s — and can be tied directly to leadership. Everyone just trying to preserve their cushy job for another few months and has no dignity.
Not many good segments/LOB’s to set up camp here anymore. CIB better have booked some home runs or Q3 might be dookie.
Can’t believe we lost 10% deposit share in Charlotte over the past year. Imagine in regions further out in our footprint.

RTO compliance is a joke. All of a sudden everyone lives 35+ miles away with no oversight.

RTO is different rules for different fools also. Some can WFH 1/2 day for 4 days the other half at home and still have 1 full WFH day….while others have to go in a full day. Some can also go in 5 days and WFH 5 days. And apparently allergies is now covered under ADA which means WFH on a full-time basis. Where’s the equality?

Say what you will, but not serious banking professionals if they haven’t heard of Truist.

@xcj+1uNw9MDz “While you can” .. lol. Quit fear mongering. There’s plenty of options outside of Truist…
I happen to be in the northeast and most people have never even heard of Truist up here. There are zillions of other banks and financial institutions.

It’s bad you should find another job someplace else while you can - you will be so much better off not coming to the doom loop each day to start a new post or several new posts a day

It’s so bad leave now

@osi+1uNw9MDz Let’s not talk about the bank’s performance, Mr. Mayo.
Let us instead discuss the color purple and how ~lovely~ and ~caring~ it is.

;)~

Be a cheerleader for your direct manager and use platitudes such as “Care”, “Purple passion”, “Purpose, Mission, Values” in your lexicon. #TeamTruist
