It reached a point where simplistic cost-cutting can’t save the day. Inefficient reorgs, lack of competence and real effort among leadership that have always been looking just for the easy way out, lack of vision, bottom-line inspired layoffs which have always managed to catch mostly talent and experience because they don’t come cheap, are all catching up with us now.

Exactly why we’re headed for big trouble. If no layoffs this year, they’ll start up early next year, and probably be big since AEP rip most likely tank due to higher premiums and less supplemental benefits.
