I was really disheartened when AC left Nike. Curious what other leaders we'd like to see come back. With Elliott coming back it feels like hope is alive again.

To whomever said ES, no f’in way. He was the head of a cult-like group that were all immediately fired when he left. He was head of PC when all the female leaders suddenly lost their jobs of product divisions. No thanks.

What about in the last RIF? I know we let go of some great Sr Directors in our team who were true leaders. The VPs are just part of it, I think we need to rethink everything and ensure we bring back leaders that would actually impact my day-to-day.
ES was one of my favorite leaders
EH is a people leader focused on challenging us to achieve our potential. Selfless. Amazing leader.
AC is all about himself and being the smartest kid in the room while making sure everyone's impressed with his slightly above normal smarts. Self-absorbed. Amazing politician, terrible leader.

Personally, I was happy to see AC leave. I don’t think he’s a very good leader, very distracted and disengaged he was more concerned about himself and not the business.
