This is what happens when you cut STARS clinical support, get rid of your clinical pharmacy directors for business/sales folks, force your clinical pharmacists to focus on driving mail order rate to providers versus clinical outcomes/STARS, and just not care about clinical measures.
Humana has only themselves to blame for the recent STARS ratings drop and the corresponding stock market tank.
Go figure. If Humana cut it's investment in supporting providers achieve STARS ratings, then the providers stop caring too.
Apparently rocket science to the clowns in management.
