Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Hey SAP. Lay off these people

https://news.sap.com/2023/11/aha-moments-in-di-peter-lengler/

"Lengler reflects on those groups of individuals he refers to as “old white men clubs” who have never consciously suffered exclusion and have no understanding of the barriers that others face. Identifying unconscious biases and unlearning ingrained behavior patterns is critical to sustaining the success of diversity and inclusion initiatives."

"With the allyship inclusion journey, employees are invited to use their privilege and power to support marginalized groups. With the intentional inclusion journey, leaders learn about intentional inclusion practices that can help further advance SAP’s journey to become a truly inclusive workplace."

Look at the background of the “She-der’s” that SAP has dropped into place. None have had a working patch in their entire careers. Their resume is nothing more than a chromosome… and the revenue plummet is the canary in the coal mine.

Wait a minute... what exactly is this guy's job, anyway?

Per MarketWatch: "Peter Lengler is on the board of SAP SE and Manager-Business Development at BearingPoint GmbH and Member-Works Council at SAP Deutschland SE & Co. KG."

162 days on the Appalachian Trail??? Must be nice... Such a charmed life.

Clearly, he is not essential and can be escorted off of the payroll of whatever company it is that is paying him...

Gotta love these guys...

Wow. What a surprise. A member of the SAP Supervisory Board making another ignorant statement full of a massive generalization, stereotyping an entire group based on age, s-x, and skin color. Oh... and the original poster of this behaving the same way: "Take someone else, but not me... I may be incompetent, may simply interested in my own personal career advancement and not the overall health of the company... but take them, the old white men... they seem like a good group to blame."
No wonder this company is a fu--ing joke... from the supervisory board to the rank and file... Mo--ns.
