You all just be jealous
You don't talk to competent techs because the competent techs aren't doing deskside support. They're not customer or user facing. They're building and running the Nike websites and enabling digital commerce.
Doesn’t matter what animal you pick. I’ve rarely spoken to a competent tech on campus or remote. You all get in one another’s way and cause drama.
Lots of people support the execs. I certainly support and work with them more than you do, but I don't find that to be a bragging point.
You're a babysitter that supports low level technical needs. Troubleshooting printers, setting up keyboards. If you really want to press this, you should know that role is remedial tech work.
Sure, maybe not entry level help desk, but not far from it. You're not developing. You're not driving Nike tech road maps, or troubleshooting widespread network issues. You're not I charge of how and where tech spends it's money. You're break/fix fodder for a couple cry babies that want white glove treatment.
Sorry to those that are humble, but some of you need to be brought down a peg. You ain't all that, and ego (especially unwarranted) is a bad look.
You all are just jealous we get to support the execs unlike you peons.
"Technically we are the same. We are the best of the IT best and support"
Spoken like a junior and barely-functional tech. Seriously, the only people that think that highly of themselves are deluded.
They are all cog ETW
The C level tech babysitters.
Technically we are the same. We are the best of the IT best and support the C-Suite in all their IT needs. Just Deal With It!
