Its a hard life for some.....
It’s generally known (in Wall St) to be unhealthy for big complex corporations to have high insider ownership. Something to do with manger’s accountability, I believe. That’s probably the dilemma.

Need to do real homework. Dell has sold closer to $4.5B Dell stock in the last 6 months and owns about 650M shares. https://www.secform4.com/insider-trading/908724.htm
It’s because MD wants out. DT will change soon.
Everyone who keeps saying a fraction of what he owns needs to do a little homework..

he had 25m shares, he sold 22.682m of them.
Perhaps Carl Icahn will mop some of this stock up and have the last laugh. Do I see a sequel to MD’s biography on the horizon, #dont-play-so--nice-and-treat-people-like-cattle
Recession is coming. Warren Buffett sold over $300 Billion (yes, that's a B in Billion)
It’s just under half of his holdings.
He started 2024 with about 40,000,000 shares and just in a short time he’s down to 16,000,000
You do realize that’s a fraction of the stock he owns right?
