Karen must be feeling the heat or at least her thin skin is feeling it?
Today she posts on Heartbeat about Speculative News Stories and it is a cry baby tale of 'not my fault ...I asked the board'.
Reading between the line sounds like reporters are asking either about the board giving her trouble or asking the board 'why let her stay'.
Either way she tells us 'don't get distracted by rumor or speculation'.
Again, Karen must go......typical leftist. Only cares about the money in her pocket not the people.
Something is really fishy about all this. All communication is done on heartbeat, where people rarely get time to read because we’re understaffed and overworked. Now karen shows up just to deny about “cvs breaking up”. All of this looks and smells like a cover up, but i guess i should “ignore speculation” and take her “strategy” up my behind.
The lack of transparency by our own CEO is as if someone who knows they’re not going to be around much longer and has basically checked out.
It is all over the news. CVS meets with Gleneview and is looking to break things up. Like an old joke about a new CEO who finds 3 letters in his desk to open when in trouble.

Just remember this is the same woman who told Norah O’Donnell of CBS that she was held back in life because she’s petite and blonde. She promised frontline pharmacies better staffing, that was a lie too. Do not believe anything that comes out of her mouth. In fact, trust that what she’s denying is very likely accurate.
Her arrogant attitude and the statement on Heartbeat makes me so angry.
Essentially, she told us plebs to shut up and get back to work. The lords and ladies of the CVS realm will let us know when we can have an opinion and what it will be.
All should be content they can still see their decrees (because still employed or Zscaler didn’t implode).
Of course she is defensive. She is a cr-ppy poker player. If she had a decent hand, she could have told Glenview to get lost and expect a proxy fight. She didn’t. She is holding no cards. Terminated people should walk and go on unemployment. KL flushed $65 Billion in shareholder value down the toilet. Why should she stay? A corporate division and a retail division won’t be an easy sell.
She's lying. There is no way it would make headline news without being substantiated. If a divestiture were to occur then lying to Aetna employees to prevent a mass exodus before deal execution would be the exact thing to do. Anyone who believes she isn't lying in legitimately <65 IQ.
