Apparently BofA offers a sabbatical after 15 years of service. We just need Chase to do the same so that we will ultimately copy it!

Wells offers sabbaticals, they are just a bit more permanent
OP what are you talking about. Employees are the last thing on this company’s agenda. Wells wouldn’t care or know if you died at your desk.
