I have never been laid off before but I would not be surprised if I get let go. What do I grab for my CV? I typically keep general notes of bigger projects. Anything else you would recommend?

Whatever you do, do not send/take ANY work, projects, or materials you have created. No matter how awesome they may be. It is work you were paid to do by the company, as is the proprietary property of CVS.
I have emailed my performance reviews every year i have received them (15 years). I have taken pics with my phone of value in action (or whatever they are called now) posts. Anything else you can always just take a pic.
@Question: "Are we allowed to download performance review? Seems confidential"
Yes you can. If you are not sure and to be safe, ask your supervisor and he/she wukk send you a copy via a secure link.

How about any heart at work recognitions you have received? You can quote those as well for references.
Save a pdf of your Workday profile if it's complete and includes the long list of skills. Include any feedback you might have received during prior performance reviews.
Consider the on-the-job training and skills you’ve gained. If you’ve built strong professional relationships, ask your contacts if you can list them as references for future job searches.
