Let me get this straight, oak street was fined 60 million for illegal kick backs during the time mike p was running it. So he gets a pile of money, a cushy job with options after letting illegal activity happen at his company? The optics are awful and he should be fired immediately

Read the settlement agreement. CVS disagreed with the DOJ’s allegations. CVS paid $60m to make it go away. The settlement agreement specifically says they disagree with the DOJ’s findings.
