It’s been a week since I lost it and nobody’s found it turned it in. Am I gonna get fired, coached, written up? Can they still punish me more than a week after it happened?

They can ping it.
They can’t do anything. Ask them to show where they have been “fair and consistent” and have dealt with it the same way. If they have coached everyone you can always go rogue and go to the market hr and ask them if that’s how it’s been administered across all of the clubs in the market.
Can use this for basically anything because managers aren’t consistent and set precedent with their inconsistency
