I noticed that I have to sign into DUO before I can see open internal reqs, and that I'm restricted from clicking on some 'internal req' links. Are folks who were LR'd being excluded from viewing all available internal reqs?

From clicking are things that link to directory. Or pay grade info. All of which is considered Cisco confidential. I have someone impacted
On my team and he is able to see the reqs and apply but is unable to click on the hiring managers name which links to directory and does not see the pay grade information like I do.
