Thread regarding CVS layoffs

My goal is to leave CVS before the end of the year

Things have been going downhill for years so that seems like the only smart thing to do. I used to like my job and now I feel sick to my stomach every day when I have to head to work. I know no job is ideal and I can expect to have problems elsewhere, but it has to be better than this, at least somewhat.

What does this have to do with layoffs?

If you stay in PBM and Healthcare Insurance that's the nature of the industry.
The difference is the "leadership" compared to our competitors.
That's why there is such a thing of toxic work place.

Same here. This company makes my skin crawl. With the most vulnerable of our population at the center of the most recent lawsuits and allegations show that CVS is committed to the almighty dollar and not health and wellness of consumers, members or employees. From being out right told to ignore fraud to witnesses harrassment and retailitory behaviors by mgmt and HR I’ve never felt so disgusted with myself for having even an indirect role in any of it. Every day I debate whether to just turn in my notice, pay the penalty and cash out my 401k to live on until I find a job that doesn't make me want to drive my car off a bridge every morning
