Yes lots of people have heard similar re virtual. Makes sense really if they want to change the whole culture
It would be helpful if the last comment included the department and region and where the jobs have been posted. Can't say I've heard of any emails being sent out.
I do think there is an effort to get rid of people on a virtual contract under way. I've heard they are recruiting for UK credit positions which will be based full time in Dublin office. If this starts happening across the board then it could be an indication that people on virtual contracts could be let go. Also if you are on a virtual contract and change roles your contract may be changed to an office based role. Then of course return to office is starting soon. All the signs of getting rid of virtual employees seems to be there in my opinion. I could be wrong but time will tell.
