RTO isn’t going away, knuckleheads.
It'll come and go whenever the company needs to pressure people to leave.
“Going back to WFH.”
Fact. Nobody wants to believe it because they’re being railroaded in waves and don’t have the fight to play as dirty as T does.
"RTO isn’t going away, knuckleheads."
Think again: JOB LOCATION: 208 S Akard St, Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]
I’ve seen a few transformers in TJ.
Looked like the real thing.
T simply can’t afford to back down from RTO.
RTO isn’t going away, knuckleheads.
I’m so glad I hit trifecta and left this cesspool that was mastermind by Stankey, the worst CEO of 21st century.
“New Transformation Office”
Rejoice! If the new transformation office is run anything like Heidi’s transformation program, we can all relax and rest easy. Nothing will be transformed and there will be a lack of oversight and no fear of reprisal. Rejoice!
RTO is being cancelled. The WHOLE THING had to be convincing enough to where the employees believed it. They got rid of the people they wanted with the upheaval necessary, Now, just like the previous “location based layoffs” they can sh-t down the whole initiative and declare a change in direction. I called it early on. A farce. Just an elaborate cover to execute layoffs in waves while avoiding scrutiny of all the “hand selected people” that were saved, pushed to wave 3, extended, held back from layoffs.
Going back to WFH.
