EH is 4 years younger than JD.

As for the whiteness thing, I guess for the OP, caucasian is caucasian. But how about we look at qualifications and suitability for the job more than the color of EH's skin?

EH earned this role and should have had it in the first place back in 2019. Glad PK and the board finally figured it out and gave him the chance to fix their mess.

Interesting post. Obviously JD was a poor choice and lead the company in all of the wrong directions. Good riddance. Bringing in EH who understands the industry, the company and has a good track record is a great answer. We are all hoping he can bring back some swagger, some brand and make people want to work at Nike again.
