100 Indian folks, 90 answered Wellsfargo diversity is great. In reality, you see Indian folks everywhere in the organization. Great job Wellsfargo!

There’s not and ERN for Muslims or Buddhists, so going the religious route is a bad idea. I just want inclusivity for all, which is why my survey response was marked very low for this question.
"When will there be an ERN for people of European descent? The time has come, time to start pushing for it." or a ERN for Catholics or Protestants?
I must have missed that question...
When will there be an ERN for people of European descent? The time has come, time to start pushing for it. Only until then will I consider DEI to be inclusive to all. Until then it is not.
I always give the best answers for those in the hope they see that they've done enough and will start to slow their roll. If answered negatively l, they may just push harder and nobody wants that
Walk into Brevard and tell me how diverse the office is. Indians totally over represented. Something fishy as they are not the only people applying. Not diverse at all. But why fill out the survey. The company doesn’t care.
You don't get it. Diversity just means not wyte - it has nothing to do with any other ethnicity.
The push for completing this survey is getting to be borderline harassment. Seems like we get several emails a day from across the organization to complete the silly thing. Management must not be meeting target since they are harassing people so much to complete it.
The movie My Beautiful Laundrette will answer that question. Good movie if you haven’t seen it.
