At least it appears they are trying. I don’t know what will come out of it, but we know for sure that the way things were we had no future. I do want to keep my job, and I know there are better chances at that if someone actually goes for reinvention and growth instead of just cutting jobs to keep stock above the water. I definitely don’t yet dare to hope that Nike may go back to being the desirable workplace it once was. But at least it may go back to being a place to work at.
