KR got the boot from Allbirds(and adidas for that matter!) Failed leadership and lack of brand vision is not the direction we want in a turn around

@1eac+1uCtYxJu Aaron couldn’t make a decision or hold his team accountable to save his life. Under him, we saw little to no innovation and apparel continue to erode into a slew of ill fitting basics and a race to the bottom.
Bring back Aarn Heser - Great leader and big culture guy. Has worked in every Geo and has experience running a business. Was a key leader in helping turn China around. Previous head of apparel - an area we were actually growing and innovating in.
