GT hr is a joke. The hr partner A, does not respond to emails, the only way to get him responding to emails is if you set a meeting on his calendar. He is the reason why we lost so many good people. When someone complained against him, he flagged them in the system for not be promoted !
People don’t feel safe to talk about HR, that’s a messed up situation.
I have never seen HR dysfunction to this level. Actually, I take it back, it’s not just dysfunction, it’s toxic.
Someone needs to actually see how long these hr people are actually on their computers and how often they respond to emails. May be we can finally use all that monitoring that is installed on our computers.
Unless we fix HR, employees won’t be able function properly.

I was being forced out on a BS PIP after 20+ years prior to the ‘21 layoffs. He helped me negotiate a severance despite resigning. Yes it’s possible and he helped make it possible.
