The reason why Verizon stock is higher is because they are cheap. AT&T overspends and then changes their mind. They are going in circles and can’t get in line with what anyone is doing. It’s like every employee is working against organizational objectives. They are working against each other versus working as one AT&T. No solid structure and vision
