Let's not forget a few others.
Chief Supply Chain Officer = All the failed leaders VA has put in place to agree with him have only compounded the issues. What has he done since he has been in role?
All the VP's under VA as well, especially footwear, apparel, CSO, etc... I mean, no accountability for SEC except those that actually did work?
Please can the tiny but horrible Chief Planning Officer in DSM go as well
@1zko+1uC6R1fA I am not your homie. If you want stability go work for the government. You have nothing to give Nike - you expect everything. You negative piece of sh-t. You are not investing - so no reward. If you haven’t been laid off, resign. You don’t deserve to work at Nike. You don’t understand the true culture - you never will.
@1szj loony tunes delusional post. You sound like one of our dear leaders making demands while offering nothing. Reality check for you: people show up for a paycheck. Here's another: workplace culture is a reflection of the given environment.
You want an effective workforce? Give them leadership. Give them accountability. Give them STABILITY. Give them flexibility. Give them career growth, financial growth, opportunities. Give them a reason to give a fu-k. If those things change, so will the culture and engagement. Or, you can keep shouting at the sky about no finish lines and rampant negativity as if there has been no cause. Come back to earth homie.
Most already sense they'll be going. EH will have its favorites, others that havent been receiving his Xmas cards can start packing.
@1dvn+1uC6R1fA VP's leaving at 4pm??
In GT VP's, Sr.D's WFH or roll in after 10, hit the Gym and are gone by 3.
@1epq+1uC6R1fA if you have to work that hard to “make it” to Nike GT then you should probably go anyway
The broader VP level should be worried as well. Their cushy lifestyles in lake oswego and leaving at 4pm are at big risk… if you aren’t here to sell shoes and shirts then you might want to re think your place…
Right - and you all need to shut up and get to work. WFH, leaving everyday at 3PM, constant complaining and believing you know it all? All your negativity is not helping, not helping you and not helping Nike (or you don’t care?). It’s time you all become part of rebuilding the culture by those people of whom you laughed at when they told you stories about the old days and how good it was to work and Nike. Well, here is your change. EH will make his decisions regarding his team, he doesn’t need your help. What you need to do is show up, head down and execute the strategy. There is no finish line.
Imagine working your entire career to build your experience and your resume as a leading technician.
You finally make it to Nike and you fight tooth and nail for years to implement your plans and strategies. You improve yourself, and spend countless hours growing to be the best you can be.
...And then you have to fu--ing report to someone like MD, and listen to her try to woman-splain to you how to be successful.
F that noise
There needs to be a cleanup of the entire upper management if order is to be restored. Otherwise, politics and infighting will persist.
The infighting, politics, power grabs and nepotism will continue - don’t get it twisted
