Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

EOS Town Hall Mocking Teammates

Did anyone else catch where Brad and Beau talked about the engagement surveys, then joked about how disengaged people are. They joked about needing a tissue while reading the responses. Yes, morale is low. How about you respond to why people are so angry instead to the congratulating yourselves for running this bank into the ground and laughing at your employees! I guess it’s ok because no matter how bad things get YOU’LL still be able to afford your Panthers season tickets when this ship finally sinks, right Brad?

They were so tone deaf, smug and condescending. No wonder no one trusts them. There's not a thing I can do as a manager to raise EL scores with a performance like that.

Tepper and Beau are two peas in a pod. Only value money, ugly, arrogant, and both show how not to run an organization.

Look at Beau’s haircut. That should tell you all you need to know.

You would think Beau would listen to god and lift ppl up instead of bashing them. I guess the death of his wife didn’t make him realize that life is short and money is truly worthless. Life will catch up to Beau once he retires and the power is gone and he has nothing.

Beau’s one of the most arrogant d-bags at that place. Even better was his lap dog Downer earlier in the week saying he doesn’t even know what executive connectedness means in a Town Hall. They’re the three stooges of operations.

A lot of hBBT people thought highly of Bender in the past, not so much these days. He has proven to be a perfect Suntrust executive and has sold out like Starnes and many others. So what will he be rewarded with after Hagerman comes on board in late October? It will be interesting to see who he replaces or what job is created for him.

They can laugh at the rank and file because they know most won't leave. Teammates have bills to pay so they take the cr-p sandwich that is Truist.

Beauzo and Bendover have their golden parachutes so why would they care.

Same attitude from Noe in his town hall. He joked he would only “be enthusiastic about work” if he was retired and didn’t have to work for income.

Disappointing that to address the low engagement, EL has pushed work to mid/low level managers and their teams to create “action plans”. As usual the problems lie with EL. Will anything change? Of course not. This place is like a dysfunctional soap opera constantly playing on repeat.
