I ripped Frank a new on my last survey. Two months later, I got my 3-month RIF notice.
Yeah. Those surveys are anonymous.
Last year, I answered all questions honestly and left detailed negative feedback. This year, I answered all questions as "NA" and I expect the same result - nothing.
End is nigh for remotes. Gone. History.

If you want to get RIF don’t take the survey
Take the survey and give them perfect scores. That way they'll miss you when they rif you.

My manager is completely burned out. I did him a favor by not taking the survey.

The leaders who can't make their employees do the survey are a target with the executives.
Probably some will be leaving from the top as well…so top heavy.. big titles and big salaries!

You mean followers.
They will get the ratio one way or another. If they can't increase the number of employees taking the survey, they will reduce the total number of employees.
If they cut enough employees they can get over 100% participation!
