Strike over. Did CWA get better deal? Why did it end?

CWA hasn't received a good deal in over 24 years. By signing a 5 year deal they already lost. The company has been union busting for just as long and the CWA has done nothing about it. The CWA is just another arm of AT&T management.

It's not over. It'll never be over!
No one wins in a strike. Cwa got a fair deal and the company saved some money, but in the end everyone lost.
Neither contract has been voted on, and ratified yet.

We would all be making less if we worked somewhere else.
HR. A large swath of nonessential managers were out of pocket from normal responsibilities with minimal impact. Surplus notifications will soon start to accelerate.
