CWA hasn't received a good deal in over 24 years. By signing a 5 year deal they already lost. The company has been union busting for just as long and the CWA has done nothing about it. The CWA is just another arm of AT&T management.

No one wins in a strike. Cwa got a fair deal and the company saved some money, but in the end everyone lost.

HR. A large swath of nonessential managers were out of pocket from normal responsibilities with minimal impact. Surplus notifications will soon start to accelerate.
