Any truth to the rumor that a manager reportedly passed away yesterday, August 22nd? Just curious, no one needs to die doing this.

Looking for info on the alleged heat casualty death in Florida, anyone?
That can happen when you work for a 3rd class company.
“RTO (moving across the US) created so much pressure on me mentally, that I considered su----e.”
That’s precisely the impact these devils seek. These insidious “dark triaders” seek for the stress to skyrocket so the ‘herd is culled’…one way or another.
Has an obituary been posted?
“Thoughts and prayers for the family, but there will be no impact since he wasn’t going to RTO 4000 miles away from his current home anyways”

“We are deeply saddened that we lost a valued member of the AT&T family, and our thoughts go out to the contingency employee’s family, friends and co-workers. We are cooperating with police in their investigation.” Stank
RTO (moving across the US) created so much pressure on me mentally, that I considered su----e. The negativity given on Town Halls, the horrible games HR plays, mistreatments from manager one on ones, the screaming threats on staff calls, gaslighting, backstabbing from peers and directs, pressure to deliver unreasonable deadlines - all piled on to whether or not I have the skills for the open market place, my area of expertise, the massive amounts of stress. I know others feel the same way but are quiet about it, like I was. They say that the loss of a job has the same chemical reaction in our brains as a death of a loved one, that we mourn the same way. ATT gave people an impossible choice to move 4-6 states away to keep an underpaying job in a stagnant line of work with no financial or mental support, meanwhile, laying people off after they Accept the move. ATT is a torturous employer. I'm certain that there are broken people out there, just like me, depressed, stuck in a rut, with a rotten outlook on life. If I was a young kid, I would avoid this company like the plague. It will ruin you physically and mentally.
Stankey, Legg, Summers, in particular, are a trio of the worst leadership managers I've ever experienced in my career. Whatever positive culture that once existed in legacy from Whitacre and all the Bells, or from decent society in general, is gone. All that is left is a company full of faces and voices putting on fake smiles and service just to keep the next verbal beating from being severe.
- Mississippi power incident and manager injured is true
- GA manager running bucket truck bo-m into a low overhead concrete object is true.
- Manager possible death in Florida from heat related issue is possible but not substantiated yet.

I think that is why the OP was asking if someone could substantiate the rumor.
Heard it was in MS. Manager got a bucket truck bo-m up in the power. Arc & spark but no death. No pictures. No link. Just what I heard.
150K employees = seems like a good chance 1 did not make it through the day
JFC, another useless, vague post. Get that trash outta here!
There are people dying every day.

I suppose it is possible. You wanna provide any further info like location or department? Your post is actually worthless.
