AT&T has released public statements about the SE bargaining positions with 15% raise $500 one time cash payment, kaiser Healthcare plans and some other benefits.
Have we seen what the SE CWA wants above that?

CWA leadership, most members aren’t with cackles and her co-mie agenda.
CWA is to busy cackling with Kamala. Making America corrupt again.
If only AT&T would use competent people negotiating that have the authority to read with comprehension, answer questions and have the power to sign off on a proposal. Bad faith bargaining has been the main issue.
yeah its $16k, my bad.
AT&T: Large increases in monthly premiums, up to $595 per month for a family. Large increases in the annual deductible, up to $6,600 for a family In Network, and $19,800 Out of Network. Large Increases in the annual maximum out of pocket, up to $16,000 for a family In Network, and $48,000 Out of Network.
That sounds like the exact same numbers as management already has. The 19k deductible is for out-of-network. It shouldn't be that hard to stay within network. The deductible levels have gone up steadily for several years, because healthcare costs have gotten so high, and providing super low premiums and deductibles isn't sustainable for any company, much less T which self-insures.
Fight for your rights!!! Stankey makes $26 mil a year. Never settle for less. Don’t let the company to cut your benefits like they did for managers. Demand higher wagers and job security. It is not your fault company is deep in debt.
those numbers are for district 9(west) not 3. the correct numbers are 12% over 5 years (2-3% per year). huge out of pocket detuctibles and max up to $19,000 in some instances per CWA news release.
Doubtful. Share the link.
$500 is you giving up retroactive pay if you accept the contract. You’re giving up money you earned while waiting for ratification.
Right now District 3’s issue is that the company continues to bargain in bad faith thus, the ULP labor charges filed and an ongoing strike. Same pattern from the 2019 negotiations, the union went in a ULP strike, company flew new team of negotiators that could make decisions, answer questions and sign off on proposals. Contract was settled quickly after that.
I think you meant 14.25% for District 9 (TA) tentative agreement, that is compounded to approximately 15% over 4 years which, still hasn’t been ratified. The SE district 3’s expired contract, was five years. If they offer 5 yrs this time then, the numbers will be different from D9 because of the extra year.
