Customer teams and management forcing crazy amount of product into stores and passing all the stores off and leaving us to be the scapegoat and taking blame for it. Such a joke. I started telling all my stores to start kicking the orders til backstock goes down.

Just punch in. Laugh all day at the BS. Punch out. It's what I do.
I always told my store to refuse orders!! Not gonna get bonuses so why try?
