No big signings in years. Still a lot of fat in senior management, and bean counters focusing on eliminating standby allowances. 1000s of alliances with nothing to show for. Should Martin and Elly be fired and replaced? I hear a few major clients ending contracts ( Equifax, Ameriprise, Amex’s distributed environment, Talcott among many others). What have Martin and Elly achieved in terms of signings? Blaming and firing client partners for not bringing in revenue (as if they are falling from the trees).

Additionally the AT&T relationship is seriously strained and service to Kyndryl is at risk company wide for the time being which is causing a lot of headaches
AT&T walked a year ago to DXC, only some mainframe support stayed with Kyndryl.
Hey what's the deal about Amex (and/or Ameriprise) leaving? I used to work there.
The RA's continue and the company is still top heavy. That is who should be cut, the many layers of management. Kyndryl did not seem to learn from IBM's mistakes. I left not long after the divestiture, and I have not looked back.
Kyndryl has all of the legacy baggage of its IBM heritage, but one of the benefits is now missing. When Kyndryl was GTS (and Global Services/ISSC before it), outsourcing deals were often signed as part of a bundle with IBM hardware, software and consulting. As a standalone services company, deals with Kyndryl have to stand on their own instead of being part of a bundle. It's much harder to get new deals, especially if the deal doesn't involve a lot of IBM content.
Even if they sign any new deals, 90% of roles are filled from india to cut the cost. Kyndryl (previously part of Indian business machine IBM) is another indian company with few american faces.
Kyndryl was created to shield and shill for IBM. Why do you think Martin and the rest of the top brass are ex-IBM lifer's. Kyndryl is still solidly imbedded with IBM to this day. IBM owns stock, and who's real-estate do we currently occupy. Martin is never gonna be let go.
There will never be any new big signings. Why would anyone "big" do anything with Kyndryl? Does Business Development even exist anymore. Those guys jumped ship a long time ago.
Before I got let go I heard AMEX was on the fence about renewing and Hertz was in the process of taking their stuff in house and out of Kyndryl. Additionally the AT&T relationship is seriously strained and service to Kyndryl is at risk company wide for the time being which is causing a lot of headaches. Most announcements I see in the news or LinkedIn for new business aren't big names and probably would need 5-10 of those to equal 1 big client.
