There will always be commercial RE, the problem is we have massively overbuilt white collar type office buildings. The market will adjust. It always does.
Commercial real estate has been dead for years. It's not coming back. People don't need to sit in office buildings for any reason.
Makes you wonder what Trimont thinks they see that no one else does?
Residential will be next. All part of the plan.
