Anyone else think that these bold advertisements on the CLT light rail and Epicenter facing directly in sight of the Truist building is actually a big middle finger from Brant Standridge to Truist?

Anyone who is not heritage SunTrust is an id--t, don’t feel bad Brant!
Standridge was smart enough to know that horrible stench was the sh*t in the C-Suite at Truist. He was also smart enough to abandon the sinking ship.
Standridge is an id--t. Huntington has certainly hired some good bankers, but it’s certainly not his doing.
I am not in the Carolinas but I heard Huntington essentially took our lunch money. How many people left? Did Truist even try to offer massive retention bonus to keep people or were people so fed up money did not matter?
Noticed it today. I laughed
So running a play that didn’t work here to gain clients at his new bank is hilarious
Huntington had a solid game plan for the Carolinas and so far have executed. They recently hired a long time WF banker in eastern NC to continue that expansion. They have also gone after Texas and have made inroads there also. They have spent dollars on resources to gain market share. Eventually they will buy a smaller southeast bank with an existing network and continue to expand their footprint. Time will tell how successful they are.
Brant being an id--t doesn’t change the fact that Huntington has hired a good group of bankers in the Carolinas and in a short time span has made major inroads in SunTruist home field. The id--ts that run this institution don’t seem to care and it isn’t just Huntington but many banks have poached clients and others are starting now.
Brandt was an huge id10t and isn’t missed in the least. Met the guy one time and he was more worried about his suit than the business.
As an old BBT person myself, I’d highly suggest moving on. No one cares about people that quit and moved on to do other things.
