How does T investigate mobility teams for activities like flipping data lines and canceling voice lines that are linked to scanners without contracts? This behavior seems to be cyclical in the mobility space, first appearing in the “bat” accounts and now in platinum. It appears that management is turning a blind eye to these activities. Previously, there was a page that showed cancellations for accounts, but it was only available for a few months.

HR here. Yup, the business organization means business. Ruthlessly stealing someone else’s sales is what it’s all about. Biz teams also routinely sneak into the break room fridges an take bites of your sandwich. Now that’s settled, back to work!
Been going on the last two decades my friend, that's why I stoped even reporting this kind stuff to AP. Hit enough numbers to stay off their radar and go home at the end of the day, if you don't like doing that go work somewhere else unfortunately because this company is one big scam artist.
