Seriously. If you’re crossing the picket line, and your job ain’t being done, and the company still humming along, what does that say about the need of management? Lay off the dead weight management. Hire a 3rd party leadership company to run the company. We’ll take care of the customers. We don’t need you to make spreadsheets and PowerPoints no one looks at.

Overtime is being approved to catch up after hours.
In my group they have laid off so many people that we can't get anything done except priority projects. So if I have do CP duty what difference does it make?
Keep up the good work super people enjoying our time off, Lake time is here 🏄♂️ 🍺. Of course the CP managers we talk to are only able to temporize work, be nice if they could actually complete the work with quality. Don’t worry we will be back in a week or two or three.

Most of my team has been deployed and we are already behind on work that costs the company tens of thousands a day. The whole situation is bad for everyone.
