Regarding the survey: it’s designed to get local management fired. If you like your boss then say so, or say nothing. But any negative comments or scores about executives are pushed down locally.

Can you believe with all that is the under tow happening within Fiserv they are actually going to do another associate survey! We’ve never the results of the last survey! Hope they are ready to hear what they are asking for! And they will know who writes what!

I suspect ex-Fiserv folks are a big part of that number. Not only does Fiserv not want the employees, they don’t even want to be considered Fintech.

That's great news. Imagine how much higher the number would be if Fiserv wasn't dragging it down.

It's "mid-size" fintech that shows the growth, which they define as 100-1000 employees.

Even if you could get open positions to backfill people who are leaving in droves, would you even be able to find a qualified candidate that is willing to enter a dysfunctional culture?

Welcome to Fiserv! You can't travel. You can't go to conferences. You have to be in office for 8 hours or more. You have to show 8 hours or more in sapience. Your colleagues will be burned-out. Your manager will be unable to offer anything except more hours of work.

Who is going to burn their bridges and recommend Fiserv to their networking channels?

This doesn't change the fact that Fiserv is a sinking ship. I don't care what is being told to investors. It's what we're seeing on a day to day basis.

I can't get my work done or get issues fixed with systems due to the continuous hemorrhaging of talent who took their knowledge with them.

Fintech and Fiserv are now two very different things.

We don't hire people. Well, we hire people very slowly. Took 7 months to get approval for 10% of our ask. But, happy we are hiring in our sector. Let me take a look.
