They're already warning us about the payout. 85% if things keep going the way they are, and it could get worse. Funny that this comes out after the news about that $90M settlement. Buckle up.

Wasn't it 3% last year?
After the announcement last year that support positions are no longer eligible for AIP, I am happy to get anything over my salary. Yes, I would like the 100% payout, but glad to get anything in addition to my annual. I am most upset about all positions with Humana not being eligible for AIP. It just doesn't seem right.
I may be in the minority but I’ll take 85% after last year.

Check the IB&R. They should have paid us last year but came up with excuses. AIP will be cr-p again because the board can do whatever they want. They keep making unrealistic targets and it’s impossible to hit this year.
