Be it merchandising supervisor or district mgr. do you hate it as much as I do whenever a sales rep or a merchandiser calls u while you’re in the middle of your Netflix show? I always have to pause to answer the phone and it’s annoying….tbh sometimes I just send to voicemail haha. the worst is when I am at happy hour and one of those loser reps decides to call and interrupt me to tell me a Walmart pulled a display, or when a rep is whiny about working 5 deliveries a day. just be quiet, do ur job and let me drink or watch my show in peace….idgaf about how bad ur body hurts im not leaving my couch to put cookies out

RMS here, what happened the last few weeks? I was on vacation and I get back to 108.6% for the quarter!

Mr or Mrs DM, you don’t do squat so quit trying to convince people otherwise! I don’t have a store that knows who my DM is, and that was before mission 1 when I only had 9 stores! Same DM for 10 years in our district. Not one of our stores knows him, but every single bar in town does! Worthless!
I especially hate those calls while General Hospital is on.
DM here. You should be thankful for everything we managers do for the company. It’s a tough job to manage people like you.
I would prefer they were at home rather than embarrassing themselves in the stores.
