So some of you might be aware that a few months ago CVS acquired another company, called Hella Health. Two things: You'll notice they didn't disclose how much money they paid for this company. So cvs bought another company, and gosh knows how many billions they overpaid for this one.
And, Hella health is a medicare advantage broker. CVS is in the medicare advantage business. WHY do you need to buy an MA broker if you're already in the MA business?? Kinda makes it feel like they have no idea what they're doing and desperately need help.
And fyi corporate, buying more companies isn't the answer to your problems.
