I find all of this CWA stuff kinda humourous. Shows that the union only cares about wireline employees, while grifting and under representing mobility. Literally has a union president tell me that they can't really help much with mobility, because they don't know anything about what we do.

Mobility carries this company financially. They buy back haul all over the country from other carriers. Wireline is a massive cash cow.

Been a mobility employee for 12 years and have had to fight all of my battles myself even though I've paid my union dues. Not sure why you feel my career would be brief without it.

Correction for you. The union only cares about wireline technicians. The other wireline job titles they can care less about.

I agree 150%! Gulf states it’s horrible! Our district admits same, no one knows! I would just be happy to find out the chain of supervisors above our so called union president!

It’s a wireline contract. Plus wireline maintains all the critical infrastructure for wireless and wireline.
