Burn time?

My release date is March and I'm already struggling with motivation. What are your thoughts on using a combination of Vacation,PTO,and FMLA to burn time?

From someone who knows: the 7 months will go fast. Keep your nose clean, offer to go above and beyond. Use all the personal, but save most of the vacation for a nice payout at the end.

Keep in mind: the VSP is really generous and want to go on a high note. Now is the time to ensure the payout.

Use all personal days of course. Save all vacation time you can. Do your reps and sets as you always have for the next six months. March will be here before we know it.

Burn all your time available, take stress leave on FMLA, they already made it clear what they think of you. HR can monitor until they fall over you’re gone anyway.

Su-k it up, save the vacation for an extra payout. Time will fly through holidays but definitely use personal
