CT&O management sent an email today asking CT&O staff for volunteers to represent us at one of several college job fairs. One, why are we recruiting at the same time as we are rebadging or laying off most of our staff? Two, our management sent the email to all employees INCLUDING the employees they are rebadging or firing in the next month or so. I'll give it to our managers, they are consistent and always classy. And they never pass on an opportunity to treat their people like . . . . Maybe I should volunteer and warn some of these college kids away?

People who still work at Truist and complain about the bad management are like people who complain about high fast-food prices yet still purchase the slop.
That’s the sort of thing a bad manager would say.
The problem is that there were too many bad employees in that group, need to start over from scratch
It’s just a bad culture and it starts at the top.
