Why the heck did they ask us all to submit feedback surveys on culture and leadership and everything which McKinsey sent out - just to turn around and say at least 800 jobs are going to India. F* cked up if u ask me. If I didn't feel like it would cost our jobs for sure I'd say we write a mass letter to board or do a walk out. But no such union protection here

I wonder who owns McKinsey?
This survey didn’t even bother claiming to be anonymous. Anyone who didn’t respond and those who were too negative are first on the block
Surveys, which are never anonymous, are just a way to ferret out the whiners and troublemakers.
The survey showed management that Americans are a bunch of lazy and entitled whiners. He decided to give the jobs to people who really want to work. In India.
And bullies get promoted! 🫨
No way people can walk out together
First of all, this is Chevron where backstabbing is not just normal but celebrated
Secondly, this is America, the land of me me me
Thirdly, the socially engineered landscape is more women who are even more me me me and backstab like cats 🐈 from where you never except
Forget it, keep your dignity and your value 👌 and go where you are treated better
@qez+1u73AMdm Bye. Good riddance.
I lost respect for Chevron today. I'm out.
They already knew what they wanted to do. The survey is just a formality they use to twist our feedback into a justification for what they want to do anyway.
Time for bare minimum effort and DO NOT TRAIN YOUR REPLACEMENT.
