There have been many recent changes in UM. The changes are making it more difficult to manage out workload and maintain TAT. Leadership refuses to have meetings regarding changes. Meetings scheduled. But then cancelled. Same thing happens with 1:1 meetings. My supervisor does not even cancel, just does not show up to the scheduled 1:1. Yet, weekly "fun" meetings (not work related) continue as scheduled and I receive scoldings if I am a few minutes late.

Auth specialists are worthless!! Literally have 5-10 auths everyday with errors…simple things, like can you read a code and enter it correctly? Nope!

Yes, they purposefully recruit people with a high school diploma that are not smart to work in intake so they can pay them pennies!
I agree. And the auth specialist staff are worthless, they mess everything up and cause more work for UM!
