Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

The workload is too much for one person

I don't know how the rest of you are making it work, but I'm on the verge of walking out every single day. Having a workload that's this extremely high is not normal and shouldn't be considered normal.

Just so "no" to being taken advantage of.

3 jobs for the pay of one. Consider yourself special if you get tapped as a loaner or for special project…. Where of course you’ll add value for which you won’t be compensated. This is what Truist does best.

This is what happens when the focus is on DUI and the persons get positions without merit.

Confide in your manager, senior leader, and HR business partner.

I’m sure they “CARE” and will be glad to help just like the external PR and marketing communications indicate.
