The constant fighting between blue collar and white collar workers is becoming tiring. AT&T likes to sh-t on all of us equally. We're in this together, not against each other. The growing animosity between the two groups only serves to help the company, and nobody else.

Make no mistake, the C suite absolutely loves divisiveness between “rank & file” (ie - NBF & BF). One of the (many) things they don’t want is any modicum of unity amongst us worker bees.
