ULP Strike vs work stoppage

Sorry for the d-mb question, but is the current strike for ULP and will end when negotiations beginagain, or is this a work stoppage until an agreement is come to on the contract? Apologies for my ignorance

Despite what others on this board tell you, ULP strikes are scheduled for a predetermined amount of time and are negotiated with the business. They cannot exceed a certain length. This ULP strike ends tomorrow. Union leadership won’t divulge that information to its members because it demotivates them and gives them less reason to be passionate about mobilization. It is all smoke and mirrors. It makes the union appear to be fighting tooth and nail for the membership when the reality is that an agreement has probably been made already. Perception is reality.

Is this Forrest Gump posting this? Cause mama said you are not a very smart man, union members will no way no how be back to work tomorrow , Forrest.
