This is funny because at some of these offices you can't even get on the lan because there are no desks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Most people aren't going to do 8 hours at a table in the breakroom room, or at a chair int he lobby. It's insanity.

Coffee Swipe... Employee shows up, badges in thru Security, hangs out in the office for an hour or so, drinking coffee and chit-chat. Then leaves and goes home to work.
what is a coffee swipe?
I didn't make my quota for a few weeks when I got covid from someone who came in and was coughing their lungs out but was afraid to stay home and infected who knows how many in the shared space we are forced into. I stayed home until I got better and told them I was sick and heard nothing. So as others have said "it depends"
Nope. My whole group coffee swipes.
Annual bonus being withheld. T can keep their bonus. It’s a small price to pay for getting to work remotely forever.
have a coworker on my team who still doesn't go in the required 3 times a week and nothing happens. even though the boss keeps saying we all need to comply and sends out weekly reports.
Going in five times a week. I ain't takin' any chances.
We had one person in team . Been told that next the next strike will result in disciplinary action , which may include being fired.
Verbal warning, followed by employee and supervisor losing yearly bonus is what happened between 2023 and early 2024.
Yup. Double secret probation. Thank you, Sir, may I have another Sir!
You get out on the Kindergarten Cop” bad boy/girl report.
Yes. You will receive formal letter of reprimand. Then performance improvement plan. Badge swipes, lan network usage, and soon cou location data is all being used. Unreal. You’d think we were union employees the way we are being treated.
Last time I heard was that you lose your merit pay.
I was forced to strip na--d crawl around on my hands and knees barking like a dog, then beg forgiveness and sign a paper saying I would never work from home until I am surplused next quarter.
This is only being selectively enforced so the real answer is who you are in the eyes of your management. It is enforced for a large majority, but ignored for a some.
