Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Bizarre Karen email

Can somebody explain with their Karen to English decoder ring what the purpose of that email was?

To the people asking it doesn't seem to have been a company wide email. CVS here and didn't get that email at all.

I agree with the below poster that it's like a M Mystery.
It's like a game of clue.
Who ki-led CVS and Aetna?

Karren, in her boots with her book.

A similar thread was posted earlier today but has since been deleted. It is quite clear that the owner of this site is compelled by CVS Legal to takedown any direct quotes from internal memos sent by company executives, even if it is just one innocuous sentence that exposes no additional context. Very lame of the site owner to comply with such takedown requests. Grow a spine.

It's like a mu---r mystery game, you have to analyze the email for clues, see if it's telling you anything, or if it's simply useless and meant to throw you off.

Hint (in case you are stuck), it's useless.

Was it a company wide email? I didn’t see something when I logged off at 5pm EST. But I’m not Aetna
