Any word on sales teams being offered VSP?

Business Inside sales (wireless) was offered VSP. Everyone who volunteered was accepted. It was about a 30-40% take rate. They will be combining inside sales with outbound sales shortly.
I believe there will be a sales team RIF by the end of the year(October). There are many sales groups that had part of the team receive the VSP offer and part of the team did not. This makes it very hard to PIP anyone without getting sued in these orgs during the VSP release dates timeframe.
The only way sales team offered RIF is if Verizon is in a rush. A RIF is 30 days notice with $$$ , PIP takes 90 days and is free.
@1bvq+1u5mIRup you are incorrect. We are talking about people on EXCLUDED teams here. They had no option to "opt in". And just like they retroactively gave RIFd employees who were RIFd AFTER the VSP was announced, the enhanced package, they will give RIFd employees who were rejected OR excluded, the enhanced package, if said RIF occurs before 3/28/25. We are NOT talking about anyone who had the chance to volunteer and either did not or revoked. So stop giving misinformation.
This is inaccurate. You’re only eligible for the enhanced package if you opt in.
The VSP window has closed and will not reopen. However, if you are on an excluded team and you are RIFd prior to 3/28/25, you would receive the same enhanced package.
I heard some sales teams did get the offer. Very few wireless sales teams impacted.
